Florals for spring? Groundbreaking. (At least, when presented in the creative, eye-catching ways you're about to see in this story.) From gazpacho served off a freshly cut rosebud, to an edible mini garden, to lush, floral-filled food displays just begging to be shared on social media, these out-of-the-box F&B presentations are perfect for spring events.

New York-based company Mary Giuliani Catering & Events draws on its founder's theater background to tell stories through food, like with this lush, floral-filled food display that incorporated a pretty spring-inspired tea set.

At the opening of City Market Social House in Los Angeles, Wolfgang Puck Catering debuted rose-and-lemongrass-infused dew drops. Chefs used a spherification process that allowed guests to eat gazpacho right off of a freshly cut rosebud.

For a fundraiser at the Frost Science Museum in Miami, Constellation Culinary Group created a dinosaur-inspired menu with hidden “fossils” and grazing stations. The interactive dessert (pictured) featured chocolate “fossils” nestled underneath gold dust. Guests were instructed to use the fossil brush to brush aside the dust and edible mini garden to discover a slew of sweet fossils and edible rocks. Children’s brand Janie and Jack recently hosted a pastel-hued garden party in Los Angeles. To further the spring theme, caterer Bites & Bashes passed nutritious bites in eye-catching rainbow colors on trays decorated with organic details including flowers and sprigs. Musaafer, an opulent Indian restaurant nestled in Houston’s ritzy Galleria area, recently underwent a full transformation and celebrated its third anniversary at its “House of Illusions” event. Each corner of the restaurant transformed into distinct themed experiences with decor designed by Art Attack. This included an impressive food spread laid out on a rustic 'chef's table.'
